At DEW, we aren't a big insurance company - we're a community agency and we treat our dealers, partners and customers with the same respect. "Claims" is not a bad word for us. We answer when called upon, follow-up when things get sticky, and do whatever it takes through communication, education, and resolution.

...is an agency with 25 years of experience providing F&I products to auto dealers and managing claims . For the past 15 years of that 25 year history, DEW has been a top 3 agency in the country for AUL Vehicle Service Contracts.

With industry leading service contract provider Protective acquiring AUL in 2022, we have remained consistent to our clients, partners, and fellow agencies, and have continued to produce results for franchise and independent dealers alike.

Our agency gained our reputation by offering the highest level of claims service through AUL. In the franchise world, DEW Services is not aggressive in trying to take business from "first chair" business and floor plans.

 

We grew to where we are today by offering contracts on high-mileage vehicles that most warranty companies do not want to do business with. We are proud to execute at a high level within this niche and pay claims.

 

We are in dozens of stores that use JM&A or are self-insured for their primary business, and we often not only coexist but are mutually beneficial in achieving franchise dealers' needs.

When our founder, Don Weathers started DEW Services, he founded it on two things. Do what you say you are going to do, and show up. When there are service issues, we are there. Dealers that happen to get involved remember that.

 

Most importantly though, customers remember that.Design - I think the orange hue over the stock image is less clean and professional than the original one I made powertrainted.com.

 

Was hoping for cleaner design. Stock images aside, the above screenshot looks like it was made in powerpoint. I didn't want to narrow your creativity by giving too much direction, but I know we can reach a higher level of professionalism. Happy to pay the rest of the invoice when we get closer to tracking toward success.
